    This is a full-time role for an experience CBT Welding Inspector in fabrication yard Sohar, Oman.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspect fit-up and welding activities for offshore structural fabrication

    • Verify compliance with approved WPS/PQR, ITP, and project quality requirements

    • Review welder qualifications and welding parameters

    • Coordinate/verify NDT results (UT/RT/MT/PT) and close-out of punch items

    • Prepare daily inspection reports and support NCR/repair follow-up

    Experience Requirements:

    • CBT pass welding inspector certification (CSWIP / equivalent accepted)

    • 7+ years’ proven experience in offshore structure fabrication

    • Strong knowledge of welding inspection documentation (WPS, PQR, WPQ, ITP, weld maps, MDR)

    • Able to read drawings and work independently on fabrication floors

      **Only accepting Indian nationality**

    Employment Duration

    • 12 months + extendable

    Working Hours (Expectation)

    • 8 hours / day, 6 Days/week

    • Daily 2 hr Overtime
