We are looking for a Quality Controller to own product quality across the factory to a high-end standard checking incoming fabric and trims, monitoring quality on the line, and carrying out final inspection before shipment. You work independently of production and report to management. Your job is to catch problems before they reach the client, and to hold the line on our finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming fabric and trims against delivery notes and standards — flaws, shading, and shortages (4-point fabric system)

• Carry out in-line quality checks during production and catch issues early

• Perform final pre-shipment inspection using AQL sampling against client specifications

• Measure garments against spec sheets and hold them to tight tolerances

• Inspect to high-end finishing standards — even topstitching, matched points, clean interiors, symmetry, lining finish, and pressing quality

• Classify and record defects as critical, major, or minor

• Place lots on hold and require rework when standards are not met

• Keep clear inspection records for every order

• Work with clients or third-party inspectors where required

• Feed recurring problems back to production to drive defects down

Experience Requirements:

• Open for Indian Nationality

• 3+ years of experience

• Proven experience as a garment QC or quality inspector, ideally on structured, tailored, or premium garments

• Able to read and measure accurately against spec sheets and tight tolerances

• Knowledge of AQL sampling (ISO 2859-1 / AQL 2.5)

• Sharp eye for high-end finishing, construction, and fabric faults

• Willing and able to stop production and enforce standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct complete garment samples to a high standard — first, fit, size-set, and pre-production

• Build complex and structured garments (tailored, lined, occasion and formal wear) accurately from patterns

• Work across all main operations and machine types, including quality hand-finishing where required

• Interpret detailed patterns, spec sheets, and construction notes precisely

• Achieve clean, precise finishing — even seams, matched checks and points, neat interiors

• Work closely with the Pattern Master on difficult constructions and fit, and flag issues early

• Make sample corrections and revisions to the same high standard

• Handle premium and delicate fabrics with care

Experience Requirements:

• Open for Indian Nationality

• 4+ years of experience

• Strong experience as a sampling tailor or sample machinist, ideally on higher-end or structured garments

• Able to build a complete, complex garment — not just a single operation

• Skilled across multiple industrial machines, with genuine hand-finishing ability

An experienced Pattern Maker to lead our pre-production. You will turn designs and client tech packs into accurate patterns, grade them across sizes, plan efficient markers, and cut fabric for both sampling and bulk production.

This is a senior, handson role and one of the most important in our factory — the quality of everything we make starts here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop patterns from sketches, reference samples, or client tech packs

• Grade patterns accurately across the full size range

• Plan and produce cutting markers that minimise fabric waste

• Lay and cut fabric precisely for samples and bulk orders

• Inspect incoming fabric for flaws, shading, and shortages before cutting

• Advise on fabric consumption and whether a design can be produced as drawn

• Work with the production lead to resolve fit and construction issues

• Keep patterns and cutting records organised and traceable

Experience Requirements:

• Open for Indian Nationality

• 4+ Proven experience as a pattern maker and/or cutting master in garment manufacturing Western Women clothing, Dresses, Corsets, Draping, high ends

• Able to make and grade patterns by hand

• CAD experience (Gerber, Optitex, or Lectra) is an advantage

• Strong understanding of fabric behaviour, marker planning, and cutting-room practice
